TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tourist tax
For all persons over the age of 10, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person and night
will be charged. The tax is not included in the total price of the stay and can
only be paid on site.
Reduction for children (in
parents' room):
- up to 3 years free
- from 3 years up to 6 years 50% discount
- from 6 years up to 12 years 30% discount
PAYMENT
At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of
the stay will be required, which can be paid by bank transfer.
All the necessary data will be indicated at the time of booking.
For the balance at the property
it is possible to pay by debit card and/or credit card Mastercard and VISA.
Payment in cash is permitted up to €3,000.
Reservations made cannot be canceled or refunded except in confirmed
cases of force majeure; in this case you can opt for a change in the dates of
your stay based on availability.
