Our Restaurant
In our farmhouse we also offer restaurant service (on weekends) and aperitifs/tastings using the products of our territory.
As a restaurant we offer a set menu consisting of:
-tasting of typical cold cuts and cheeses
-Vitello with tuna sauce
-Tartare of raw fassona beef
-Salty pie/frittata with vegetables
-Bis of first courses
-A main course
-House dessert
-Water, coffee and house wine

Our aperitifs/tastings
For our tasting/aperitifs, the formula is as follows:
-basket of bread and breadsticks
-salted hazelnuts
-mixed board with cold cuts, cheeses, vegetable fritters, vitello tonnato, tartare of fassona cruda, bruschetta with cheese and caramelized onions
-a glass of wine/spritz
-1 bottle of water for every 2 people
-coffee
