Our crops

Our agricultural project is mainly focused on the cultivation and processing of aromatic herbs and on the cultivation of vegetables and fruit trees for our restaurant. On our terraces we will grow different types of aromatic herbs, suitable both for human consumption and for the production of essential oils and oleolites for body care. By human consumption we mean that they can be used for the preparation of dishes in the kitchen, for the preparation of liqueurs, syrups and flavored fruit juices, infusions and herbal teas. The properties of aromatic herbs are many and differ from plant to plant; each of them has a particular one that helps our body to solve small ailments and health problems such as inflammation, digestion, blood circulation, etc. Here you will find many varieties such as lavender, lemon balm, sage, mint, wild fennel, helichrysum, calendula, rosemary, hypericum and laurel. The goal is to immerse our guests in an oasis of peace and tranquility delighted by the scents and variegated colors of the various plants.
